Panthers, gather in.
I want you to hear me on this: you don’t need to change your whole life overnight. You don’t need to lift the heaviest weight, run the farthest mile, or write the perfect plan.
You need one thing. A start.
That’s it.
Too many people sit on the sidelines waiting for the “right moment.” Waiting until they feel ready. Waiting until they have everything figured out. But here’s the truth — the whistle’s already blown. The game is on.
So this week, I want you to run the Two-Minute Drill.
Set a timer for 120 seconds. Do something — anything — that nudges you forward. Open the laptop. Write one sentence. Wash one plate. Send one message.
When the buzzer hits, you’ll have a choice: stop there, or keep the momentum rolling. Either way — you’ve already won. You beat the hardest part. You started.
Success isn’t built on giant leaps. It’s built on tiny reps repeated every day. And if you can commit to two minutes, you can commit to more.
So, Panthers, here’s my challenge:
- Run the Two-Minute Drill once today.
- Once tomorrow.
- Once the next day.
String them together, and you’ve got yourself a streak. And streaks turn into habits. Habits turn into wins.
Remember this: you don’t need to do everything. You just need to do something.
Alright team — clock’s running. Run the play.
